How It Works

The watermark extraction tool uses computer vision techniques to detect subtle color differences in your document that are invisible to the naked eye.

When you upload a watermarked PDF or a screenshot of a watermarked document, our system:

1. Analyzes the image data to find content in the near-white color range
2. Isolates the watermark from the background
3. Uses optical character recognition (OCR) to extract the text

The extracted watermark can be used to identify the source of the document.
